Whoopi Goldberg didn't hold back on the Oscars 2025 red carpet. The View co-host was showing more skin than usual as she stepped out in a strapless custom Christian Siriano gown that exposed her rarely-seen shoulder tattoo. Siriano, 39, took the look "right off the runway" and "made it custom" for Goldberg, he said on E! Live from the Red Carpet of the off-the-shoulder gown, featuring a cinched bodice and full skirt with train.
