Step aside Avengers, a new super team is assembling in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel's Thunderbolts* was first announced during San Diego Comic-Con in July 2022, and at this year's event, fans got even more details about what's in store, including new cast members and an ominous title. In the comics, the Thunderbolts are a group of mostly reformed villains, who eventually take on missions for the government (similar to DC Comics' Suicide Squad).
