A covert new fee is being added to Californians fast food orders after a local law has allowed restaurants to tack it onto bills. McDonald's, Chick-Fil-A and other fast food chains are now charging customers for the bags their food and drinks come in at some LA locations. 'I'm going to drive-thru, and I see the sign: There's a mandatory charge of 10 cents per bag,' Dr. KT Shakur told NBC LA after visiting his local McDonald's in the area.
