A HOMEOWNER stated his HOA has fined him several occasions over an item on his garden but the resident stated he gained by sticking to the association's rules.
Jared Deluca, a realtor in Queen Creek, Arizona, claimed his HOA penalized him and his husband Tim for his or her satisfaction flag.&
The couple shared a TikTok video that confirmed their response to their householders' association grievance about their flag.
In the video, Deluca (@jdeluca.realtor) stated he responded by taking a "greater" action.
"The HOA fined us for a way our satisfaction flag was hung," he wrote in the video's on-screen caption.
"But no.., we didn't take it down…
"We just went greater."
The video, from February 2023, confirmed how Deluca dug a gap in his yard and inserted a pole.
He then crammed the remainder of the opening with a concrete mix and inserted an extendable flag pole.
Deluca hooked up a US flag on prime and a satisfaction flag under on the pole and extended it several ft high.
The homeowner stated he used the HOA's own tips towards them to insert the brand new pole and flag.
"And yes, the flagpole adheres to the design tips," he stated.

The U.S. Solar has previously reported on an update from Deluca on his HOA and flag state of affairs.
Deluca posted one other TikTok video, in October 2023, that explained he and his husband had acquired seven fines and two letters from their HOA.
"I am pretty satisfied that they're making an attempt to legally push us out of our residence," he claimed.
"We acquired fined twice within the month of February," he added.
"We acquired fined twice within the month of March."
In January, Deluca shared a video that stated he and his husband had determined to maneuver because of a nasty yr in actual property and their points with their HOA.
