Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff's cause of death has been officially confirmed three weeks after she was found dead in her L.A. home. On Tuesday, March 25, her death certificate confirmed that she died by suicide at the age of 62 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, TMZ reported. Per the certificate, a family member had gone to her house to check in on her after they hadn't heard from her, and she was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics on March 5.
