Tamar Braxton is getting serious about her physical preparation for tour. On March 23, the Grammy nominated singer posted a video on Instagram of herself singing her 2013 song "Stay and Fight" during a concert. "It is OFFICIALLY tour time!!!!" she wrote. "Ima tell yall to get yall tickets!! A whole new set list… and the new music STARTS HERE!!!" In a second slide, the 48-year-old shared a photo of herself standing on a scale, which read 153.
