This East Coast state is known for its epic spring breaks, sun-soaked vacations, and also some of the most dangerous beaches in the country, a survey revealed. More than 530 US beaches were analyzed by Tideschart and the top 10 all ended up being the sunshiny state of Florida. Tideschart used factors, such as hurricanes, shark attacks, and surf zone fatalities to rank the sandy oases on a scale of 100.
