Police in South Dakota are searching for a missing baby boy after a woman asked to care for him temporarily allegedly refused to give him up. Chosen Butler, who is just seven months old, was reported missing on February 28 and was last seen February 27. On Tuesday, the Sioux Falls Police Department issued an arrest warrant against Betty Cross, 38, alleging she has kidnapped the tot. Sam Clemens, a spokesperson for the department, told reporters that Cross had refused to hand over custody of the boy.
