The Gardner family did not eat at their luxury Costa Rican hotel for lunch or dinner the day before 14-year-old Miller, the son of ex-Yankees hero Brett, was found dead. The resort told TMZ that it is still working with authorities to help clarify what led to the teenager's tragic passing last Friday. The report adds that the hotel had an inspection on March 14 and scored 98.5 out of a possible 100.
