Laura Prepon and estranged husband Ben Foster have made new accusations against each other in the midst of their ongoing divorce. The 45-year-old actress said in a court document filed on Wednesday in Nashville that Foster, 44, is 'guilty of habitual drunkenness.' It came it response to his amended divorce petition, filed on Tuesday, in which he cited 'inappropriate marital conduct' as another reason for the breakdown of the marriage.
