Hockey fights typically carry the risk of injury or danger to those involved, but it's rare that more serious accidents occur. Unfortunately, one fight led to a player needing medical attention. In a Western Hockey League game - played at the major junior level (16-20 year olds) - between the Tri-City Americans and the Seattle Thunderbirds on Tuesday, a pair of skaters faced off in a brawl. Seattle's Ashton Cumby and Tri-City's Terrell Goldsmith squared off at center ice at the Toyota Center in Kennewick, Washington and the players began exchanging massive blows early in the second period.
