San Francisco authorities labeled Sobhuza Williams as one of the worst parking and traffic violators in the city last year. A 2008 BMW X3 under his name racked up more than 150 citations in 2024 alone. Authorities slapped fines on the car for everything from violating toll rules to parking on the sidewalk. But there is a problem — the car isn't his. Williams — a 42-year-old veteran and Oakland, California native — sold the luxury SUV in 2023 for $1,000 after experiencing some mechanical issues, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
