A Virginia nurse charged with injuring a sick newborn baby has appeared in court amid fears that at least six other babies at the same hospital could have been deliberately hurt. Erin Elizabeth Ann Strotman, 26, was arraigned Friday on charges of malicious wounding and felony child abuse over an incident on November 10, 2024, according to Henrico County Police. At her hearing it was confirmed that Strotman was a nurse at the Henrico County Doctors' Hospital in Richmond and was being paid through to at least Thanksgiving of 2024.
