Meghan Trainor is opening up about a tough moment she had just after giving birth to her second baby. In a personal essay for Today, the singer, 31, shared that she had a panic attack shortly after having her son Barry, now 17 months, as she dealt with the transition from one kid to two. "A month after having my second baby, I hit a breaking point," Trainor writes. "I'll never forget it, it's like it was yesterday – I'm sweating, just thinking about it.
