Hilarie Burton has an update on the One Tree Hill reboot. The White Collar alum, 42, recently opened up to PEOPLE about the status of the forthcoming project since it was "leaked" in August. "When it was kind of leaked, it was very, very, very early in the game," says Burton. "So we're in the process of presenting things to Netflix, and they will get to decide whether or not it's greenlit.
