An unhinged SUV driver has been arrested and charged after being seen ramming his car into another on a highway. James Turner of New Liskeard in Ontario, Canada was driving on Highway 11 on January 6 when a 37-year-old man drove his Toyota Rav 4 into the ER nurse's Honda Accord. Turner says that he believed the suspect needed medical attention and pulled over to help. However, dashcam footage shows the unidentified man speeding away, swerving their car around into oncoming traffic and repeatedly plowing into the victim.
