President Joe Biden marked the anniversary of the January 6 attack in the U.S. Capitol with an op-ed where he slammed the insurrectionists who brought violence to Washington four years ago. But the president did not mention President-elect Donald Trump by name or accuse him of a role in the attack. It comes as lawmakers are certifying the presidential election of Trump in a peaceful transition of power on Monday that was not afforded to Biden four years ago.
