Rosie O'Donnell is speaking out after her daughter's latest arrest in connection with drug charges. In an Instagram post shared to her account on Tuesday, the 62-year-old comedian and actress acknowledged for the first time her daughter Chelsea O'Donnell's arrest last month. O'Donnell adopted Chelsea, 27, with her first wife, Kelli Carpenter, and the mother–daughter duo have been estranged on and off throughout much of Kelli's teens and adulthood.
