A mom who killed her three children then paralyzed herself in a subsequent suicide attempt is seeking an insanity defense. Lindsay Clancy is accused of fatally strangling Cora, five, Dawson, three, and Callan, eight months, before throwing herself out of a window of her Duxbury, Massachusetts home in January 2023. A notice obtained by Fox and filed by her lawyer with the Plymouth Superior Court outlines how, 'statements of the defendant as to her mental condition will be relied upon by defendant's expert witnesses, and the defendant does intend to present to the court a defense of lack of criminal responsibility.
