Meghan Markle looked far more like a celebrity than a royal last week as she attended a glitzy showbiz event in Beverly Hills in a strapless black gown with a front slit. The Duchess of Sussex was there to support her friend, filmmaker Tyler Perry, after the 55-year-old famously lent his $18m California home to her and Harry after they quit the Royal Family in 2020. He is in her small circle of friends in California, where she and Harry continue to raise their two children.
