The 43-year-old pop star revealed in an Instagram post on Wednesday, Dec. 25 that she had "tears of joy" while celebrating Christmas with her youngest son Jayden James, 18, explaining that she hasn't seen him in "two years." Their sweet reunion was captured on video. In the clip, Jayden told the camera "hello," as he stood next to his mom, who introduced him to her followers by saying, "this is my baby.
