Lena Dunham is in her Reputation era. The 38-year-old writer and producer supported her friend Taylor Swift at the London Eras Tour in an outfit that not-so-subtly nodded to the singer's 2017 album. In a Monday, Aug. 19 Instagram Story post, Dunham shared a mirror selfie showing off her concert outfit, which consisted of a black bodysuit with the word "trash" written in rhinestones, a black maxi skirt and black handbag.
