The Olympic gymnast and the Chicago Bears player officially met for the first time in March 2020, but they coincidentally crossed paths months before that. In January 2022, Biles recounted the time she was invited to lead the Houston Texans out of the tunnel during a home football game in December 2019. Ironically, Owens could be seen in the background of her photos from that day.
