During a July interview with the Wall Street Journal, the Food Network star opened up about his favorite workout routine — and how it has helped heal his posture after years of hunching over in the kitchen. "There's basically three parts to it. It's some kind of cardio for 30 to 45 minutes, like running outside on [New York City's] West Side Highway or in the gym on a treadmill if the weather's really bad," he said.
