Lip lifts, dodgy filler and boob jobs – we reveal the Love Island All Stars cheeky tweaks
LOVE Islanders are not usually famed for their natural looks.
But viewers were still surprised when the All Stars cast walked into the villa on Monday looking vastly different to their last stint on the ITV show.

Harley Street aesthetics nurse Emma Wedgwood says it was sad to see young women feeling the need to have such extreme procedures to achieve a fashionable look.
She says: There's a herd mentality where they aspire to look 'the part' and the more they do it, the more it perpetuates the problem.
Obviously I am not anti-treatments, as I work in the industry, but you should use them respectfully within your anatomy and face, so it enhances natural beauty.
They were all lovely looking girls when they first appeared on the show but now some seem fake and inauthentic, which is sad.
The founder of Emma Wedgwood Aesthetics discusses the tweaks she suspects they have had.
Liberty Poole
BRUMMIE Liberty, 24, who was in series seven in 2021, has admitted to having lip fillers since she left the show, as well as corrective work on her teeth.
Emma says: The lip fillers are pretty obvious but I suspect she's had work on her boobs too. Maybe not breast enlargement but perhaps an augmentation in some way that may have altered the position.
Her chin looks like it's had filler women this age do it to get a heart-shaped face. It's all very subtle so she's still recognisable and still looks gorgeous.
Molly Smith
THE 29-year-old, from Manchester, was one of the Casa Amor bombshells in 2020.
The following year, she underwent a boob job in order to fill out her bikini for modelling work.
Emma says: The breast augmentation is very clear to see but I do think her face looks pretty much the same. I suspect she's had lip fillers and there could be some volumisation to the mid area, around the cheeks. If she'd had it, it is well done as they are not chipmunk cheeks.
Hannah Elizabeth
LIVERPUDLIAN Hannah, 33, from series one in 2015, already had a boob job, then another after son Reggie's birth four years ago. She also admits to an eyelid lift, fox eye op and nose job.
Emma says: The changes are so drastic. Her lips have filler and you can see the change to the tip of her nose clearly. Have lots of tweaks and they can impact each other negatively.
I can see cheek filler and maybe even a bit in the temples too, as well as a possible top lip lift.
Georgia Steel
YORKSHIRE-born Georgia was only 20 when she appeared on the show in 2018.
In the five years since, she had a face-tightening procedure and is rumoured to have had a nose job.
Emma says: She was very baby-faced last time and has a fringe now, so some of the changes in her look could be down to getting a little older. But I can definitely see face and lip filler.
Her jaw has that snatched look that is popular too, and her nose seems thinner.
Georgia Harrison
THE campaigner from Essex has talked openly about her cosmetic procedures since she was on Love Island in 2017.
Georgia, 29, has had a breast augmentation from a B to a C cup and two nose surgeries to correct a deviated septum. She also had lip fillers, though she claims to have since dissolved them.
Emma says: Her face in the original series was quite angular by nature and wide at the bottom.
I think she's had some Botox to soften out the angle, such as masseter Botox in the chewing muscles and jawline. It makes her face seem less boxy.
We know about her nose and boobs, which is clear to see.
Demi Jones
THE 25-year-old from Portsmouth, who appeared on Love Island in 2020, has previously said she is not a fan of cosmetic surgery and plumps her lips with gloss.
Emma says: While her make-up is dramatic, there are more radical changes I can see. Her eyes and brows have changed. I suspect she's had a fox lift or cat eye lift using threads. The tip of her nose is slightly shorter but it's subtle, while her lips definitely have filler and her teeth have been done.
There's lower face filler for sure. She is aiming for the heart shape, but I think it's gone too far. It's made her chin and face very angular, losing the softness she had before.
Anton Danyluk
IT'S not just the girls who are looking different. Scot Anton, 29, is looking more ripped than his first appearance at the villa in 2019.
The gym owner claims his looks are down to working out and says he has been trolled online about his buff body and swollen face, which he attributed to his bodybuilding.
Emma says: His physique could be down to weight training, but he looks pretty ripped in his older pictures.
This would indicate that he would have reached his full pec potential from regular gym visits beforehand.
It could be down to implants but it would be nice if this was just a good personal trainer and regime.
Kaz Kamwi
WHEN Kaz, 29, walked into the villa in 2021, she was one of the only female contestant to have not had Botox, fillers or a boob job.
And Emma thinks the Essex girl has maintained her natural beauty. She says: I'm struggling to see any work and think she is telling the truth.
Kaz is curvier now but I suspect that is natural.
Her skin looks better, her hair is in great condition and her eyebrows are lovely. I'd say she has a good team around her.
Her bottom lip still has that nice shape from three years ago. I don't think she's done anything to them.
