A MAN has been arrested for allegedly raping his girlfriend and dismembering his dog claiming it was a sacrifice to a god while sporting a Purge mask.
Elijah Juarez, 23, beamed sickeningly in his mugshot after his girlfriend advised cops he texted her saying she had "failed the check" and he needed to sacrifice something else as an alternative.
Juarez's girlfriend, who chose to remain anonymous, informed detectives that he had assaulted her on a number of events.
