A Washington restaurant closed its doors after fans claimed they spotted a 'worm' in a meal purchased by food critic Keith Lee. FOB Sushi Bar confirmed its locations in Seattle and Bellevue, Washington were closed 'until further notice' in an Instagram post. The restaurant announced its closure less than eight hours after Lee posted a video responding to fans who said they saw something moving in his food. Lee revealed he decided to make the video after he found out a FOB Sushi Bar customer was hospitalized.
