Pro skydiver plunges to her death after two parachutes fail
A professional skydiver fell to her death in Brazil after encountering problems with two of her parachutes. Carolina Muñoz, 40, died after crashing onto a street Boituva, a city in the southeastern state of São Paulo, on Saturday afternoon. Muñoz, a native of Santiago, Chile, was rushed to an area hospital, where she died from her injuries. Terrifying video of the moments leading up to the crash show her spinning and then appearing to stabilize as she descends toward the ground.
