The LA doctor gunned down outside his clinic had been involved in a bitter legal battle with his ex-wife lasting almost two decades that saw him accuse her of threatening to kill him, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal. Father-of-four Hamid Mirshojae, 61, was shot dead from point-blank range in broad daylight outside his Woodland Hills clinic at 5:30pm on August 23. It has since emerged that the urgent and emergency care doctor, who also treated drug and alcohol addiction, had been the victim of a beating that saw a gang of men set upon him with baseball bats just months earlier.
